Produce a website for print and design company "fkprint.com"
Brief: Design and develop website for local print and design company in Clapton, London UK. The site should inform its users of the company's prices and promote their T-Shirt collection.
Observation: Although users of print services may not know the fundamentals of print i.e. print's primary colours, Malagraphic Designs decided to base the site theme on these colours to create a visual link to its market. We in envisaged potential customers browsing various sites in order to find a reasonable service, and seeing a similar themes.
Process: We produced over 250 PHP pages, developed a template system to help streamline any future adjustments, and created clean, colourful graphics that presented information professionally. Much of our networking advise was implemented into the site. We also developed an animated banner that could be used on other sites to help promote fkprint.com
Outcome: At the beginning of this brief, Malagraphic Designs did not know Php and learned it specifically to answer the brief. Our client was very impressed with the speed the site was developed considering the we were new to the Php language. 4 years after we completed and published the site FKprint.com are still using the same Malagraphic design.
